In our tradition we our baptised as infants, with our parents and godparents making promises on our behalf. At Confirmation we make those promises for ourselves. We promise, before God, and the congregation, to be faithful Christians: loving God and one another, obeying God, renouncing evil and injustice, and so on.
On Sunday, 1st March, 2026 Bishop Boyd will administer the sacrament of confirmation in the parish. There will be one service that day, at 10am, in St. Luke’s.
